So Just a question ? In the 1930's to 1940's if you were running a Gas Station and 1 Table Sit down Meal that was being prepared and sold to Passer byes travels as a way to make extra Money and then a location which stated to get know for Great Business and Food, BUT still limited to Finances in general. How many spices Do You think you would have had on the Common Shelves, or your Business. WOULD the Most Likely BE that what was used in your recipes NOT be what was in the MAJORITY of the Recipes ? and CROSS USED ALL THE TIME. Claudia said that CHS tested the Spices the FAMILY LIKED TO USE. CHS DID NOT have the spices that KFC NEW AGE HAVE NOW. SO I ONLY ONLY have this VIEW and NOT based on anything BUT REAL LIFE experiences. Principle and THINKING CHS was Drove to a Local Local Grocery store and Purchased 11 Spices and Herbs from a regular General Store NOT AMAZON or PRIME or over 200 to 300 Spices to Pick from Back to Basic's ONLY what Did CHS USE : Old Museum Photo ONLY: What Does NEW AGE KFC HAVE : Common Spices 1940's : Marion Kay Chicken Spice: ONLY MY OPIONION BUT IT MAKES PRINCIPLE AND COMMON SENSE that the BASICS are FROM what he had in the Kitchen:
