Dustless Pepper does have some qualities over other peppers besides being aflemless bird
There are some added flavor distinctions with the Dustless due to a Pure Pepper
With what I will call the fine dust partials sifted out the pepper is more aromatic with a crisp, robust flavor in depth.
The 1930's Pepper WAS PURE Pepper and COLD ROLLED or Milled which did not have as much Fine tailing dust. The Dust as I have been informed is more from the Outer loose shell as one may call it that cracks very quick. This portion is much Drier and has lost more Flavor profile and falls off very quick in a rotational drum, being very dry it turns to a Fine Particle Dust quick. It's less flavored attributes drag down the flavor Heavy.
This is Part of the Reason Most Butcher shops use a Butcher Grind which is the More Pure Larger Grind.
As a Principle we Purchase the Largest cracked peppers and Mill the Finer Grind from the already removed loose parts.
