Previously i've only used low protein cake flour and was never really impressed with it. Well yesterday i tried unbleached flour and the colour, texture, were all much much better. 100% am only going to be using unbleached flour from now on, also my unbleached flour doesn't say it's low protein but is only 9.1g per 100g, about .4 more than the cake flour i was using. Highly recommend unbleached flour if you aren't using it.

we are currently having a Flour / Starch which is causing a Product consistency. The following Chicken is what I classify as POOR texture chicken and Poor Quality unacceptable and We currently DO NOT know the Cause except Crap Flour and Starches.
