How high can you push Mediterranean Oregano in grams per 200 grams of flour before it ceases being of flavor benefit and becomes a flavor detriment?

I use Meditarranean Oregano often, even 1 tsp I have used many times without problem, 1 tsp equals 1g, per 200g you can push till 0.66g = 2/3 tsp, I haven't tried amounts bigger than that yet.
If you think the Mexican Oregano is much stronger then I would say start with the same Oregano measure you used to add, and then you can go up and down.

Thanks! Since Mexican Oregano is said to be noticeably stronger than Mediterranean Oregano, I think I'll push it to only 0.30 grams in 200 grams of flour for my first go around with it.

A proposal for my upcoming 15th clone attempt, using appreciable levels of Mexican Oregano, B&W Pepper, Allspice, Salt, MSG, etc... (all of which may be pushing limits). Clint Eastwood
Edit: Pushing limits in an attempt to push the 'note' into pieces other than Thighs (for which it appears easy to express the 'note', vs. more difficult for Legs, Wings, and Breasts, in this order) Edit #2: I eliminated the Dextrose Sugar which I generally add, and I'm hoping that the boosted MSG provides for the perceived KFC OR sweetness nature.

I believe the old Colonel used Paprika, and most likely big amount too, the evidence is overwhelming, even the old photos of the chicken show dark red pieces. DT

1g Paprika to 100g Flour seems fine, if turning the oil red is not a problem you can try pushing further, but since you want to try Mexican Oregano, it may be reasonable to keep Paprika low first.

Unsolicited, my suggestion would be to: back down the sage by at least half and then after mixing the recipe as revised, further break the blend into 3 spice mixes if not logistically too much trouble.
In one, add back in the sage In the other, add some amount clove and garlic In the third, add cinnamon
Use a few broken toothpicks to mark the pieces
