......"C.H.S. gave the Recipe to the Canadians who started the Charitable Organization and a Few others".....
I don't know what type of people you grew up with, but in my neck of the woods, if you gave a secret to the number of people you described, then you gave it to everybody. Few ever keep a secret.
Whatever the reason is given for filing a lawsuit, in reality it generally encompasses many causes, the main one of course is to "cost" whoever you are suing. This is trying to force someone to stand down. I detect that you seem to be defending the KFC Corporation's intentions. Is this a Freudian slip?
No it does not depend on the year. I know what year it was, I even know who my school teacher was that year. I stated it earlier, but you seem unable to accept it. Here you go. It was the 1961/1962 school year. I was in the 3rd grade. Ms. Mullins was my teacher. I began to eat KFC fairly regular that year because my mother let me walk down the street to a friends house, and his mother bought KFC for us. I'm not mistaken my friend. I even remember confusing Adolph's Meat Tenderizer with Ac'cent when I tried to find it in the store (when I went with my mother).
You are sort of proving my point about the importance of determining when the "11" phrase was first used. You are doing your best to cloud the issue but directing the discussion away from the date of the "11", to the date of msg use. This is the angle the Corporation would take. Ummm.

I Don't defend the New Age KFC. I stated a Fact of why they launched the suit.
As for the KFC advertising the MSG as a Ingredient I have never seen any posting or Print that happen until the Late 60's AFTER the Chinese Food syndrome was making waves and the M.S.G Sellers Used Campbell's Soup, And others Like K.F.C. as ones who have been using the M.S.G. for decades and People are NOT complaining about Sicknesses.
K.F.C. openly admitted to the Use of M.S.G. at that Time BUT never Publicly stated it until the 68 Year was my Finding ALSO MSG was NOT a required item to List on Packaging until after the 70's from a FDA or CFIA information.
C.H.S. start using the Phrase Spices and Herbs after the Duncan Heinz Book
