Soybean Oil, Egg Yolks, Water, Salt, & Vinegar sounds just like Mayonnaise. Subtract those and you are left with:
Pickle Relish, Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Spice, and Natural Flavor.
Sweet Pickle Relish accounts for the Pickle Relish and the Sugar.
The rest of Todd Wilbur's ingredients cover for the Modified Food Starch, Spice, and Natural Flavor.
I'd bet it is close.

Yes they have been doing that for a long time They started using the extracts in Mayo and Mustard liquid spreads and Bottled Salad Dressing as the extracts blend and mix much more even in a liquid based item compared to little particles that would NOT dissolve easy. When they were using Pure spices they had to go through a extra step with mixing and dissolving the Particles which was a added cost, which when making 10 of thousands of Gallons and Time if becomes a HUGE cost increase. Yes the extracts cost more BUT they have it down to use only 3% extract to gain a 20% Pure spice equivalent BUT then Cost Analysis broken down using a higher cost item verse Less Pure spice and 1 less physical labor and Line tie up plus kicking salable items out much quicker its a NO BRAINER I wouldn't be surprised if KFC OR is made from 100% extracts also.

I think if one looked at the FDA and Legislation there Only has to be under 10% Real items of Spice and Herbs the rest can be extracts, Natural Seasoning, ETC, ETC, ETC
KFC Canada is sending out Spice and Herbs with Salt added in the Mix. The Salt was always separate.
If you order the Smaller Quantity Items for a small location they still have Spice and Herbs in 1 bag and salt separate.
What's interesting is the Bag is the same size BUT the VOLUME in the Bag has decreased in Cup measurements

This is the Article from 1920's
here is one of the recipes we use for
Good Host Italian Seasoning
Many moons ago when Gloria P was jumping up and down she found the Key item
We ran a simple reverse sieve separation of 2 Boxes of the seasoning IT WAS VERY CRUDE reverse of the spices and NOT high tech to our best assessment back then this was items. WE ONLY used simple crude method so this is NO 100% break down BUT you could pick out many items back then.
