I was just informed that there is interruption's in the Potato Flour Supply Chains around the world and KFC is having issue related to supply for the Special Flour Mix they Use.
When KFC is having a issue getting Potato Flour it would be added to Flour for the Coating.
KFC uses Potato Flakes for the Instant Potato NOT Potato Flour, using a Potato Flour in Instant potato DOES NOT WORK.
Mixing Potato Flour with AP Flour does follow in Line with Vegetable ingredient.
