Thinking outside of the proverbial "box" for having a good load of Cayenne Pepper, plus for using Mexican Oregano, plus for combining Allspice and Star-Anise.

I've been struggling again with my taste since that bout with the flu. I made a quick potato soup the other day with Thanksgiving in mind. I like to take my mashed potatoes, dressing and turkey, and pour the giblet gravy over all of it. So I made this regular potato soup using onion, dried celery stalk, garlic, black pepper, salt and sage. I boiled the potatoes (before adding milk and butter and other elements) in water with a Knorr Chicken bouillon cube. I drained the liquid before adding the milk and butter and flavorings. Tasted just like Thanksgiving. In my neck of the woods, onion, celery and sage are the hallmarks of turkey dressing. And it can be smelled down the block.

we take leftover Mashed Potatoes & Dressing and chopped Turkey Mix them together into Ice cream scoop Ball size.
Then Partial Freeze then so they are more firm BUT not frozen If they are a Firm shape and will stay together you can skip the freezing period.
we dip then into flour then Egg Warsh and coat them in seasoned flour or a wet flour liquid batter or Tempura Batter
Then we Give them a Hot Oil Hot tube Bath for Goodness and Golden Brown Tanning
Last and Not least a Liquid Drizzle of Gravy or decorate them with drops of diluted Cranberry sauce

The above Left over Appetizer Fried Leftover Balls ARE A MANDATORY the NEXT DAY.
There are NEVER ANY LEFT OVER when Fried NEVER
AND if there is NOT enough Potato or Stuffing left over its Mandatory to Mash Fresh potato and make more stuffing in the AM the Next Day to prep the extra special Left over Fried greatness
