5g Veggie Flakes 5g White Pepper 5g Black Pepper 5g Deep Fried Shallots 4g Paprika 3g Poultry Seasoning 3g Italian Seasoning 2g Pumpkin Spice 2g Chicken Bouillon
Going to use ALL Mixed seasoning and throw everything at the Flour

Does this recipe proposal look too radical to actually attempt cooking? One could answer without even looking at the recipe, but, having looked at the above recipe, I would say it doesn’t appear radical at all. I keep thinking you will be going to drop the crushed red and step up the white pepper to match DT levels?

As to the Pepper levels, I'm not yet convinced that cranking up the White Pepper helps. Perhaps my White Pepper is of poor quality. I bought it at an Amish bulk foods store. All they do is repackage from bulk.

I read you part to pat dry the chicken.
The same process is achieved by Pre-Dusting the chicken with Flour, The Dry flour will absorb the outer moister similar to Pat Drying the chicken BUT the Flour then makes a Adhesive when dipped in the water prior to the 7-11-7 Seasoned Flour Method of placing the chicken in a paper poke and shaking it

Not brave enough to use proper amounts of garlic but throwing in Nutmeg AND Mace. Damn Item #8 through item #11 are intended as a replacement for 0.75 grams of Allspice. In a game of what came first, I'm guessing it was not Allspice.
