Broken Egg & Al Dente Pasta
I know that I'm a BROKEN SCRATCHED record but I need to repeat this again and again
There are many ways to test your Seasoning Prior to Frying Chicken and adding the seasoning to Flour.
TEST it on Fried Eggs of lightly buttered Pasta
sprinkle it dusted on either of the two.
you can sprinkle it on A Toasted butter bread also BUT it has to rest covered before you try it and the TOAST need to be hot when you sprinkle it to absorbed the spices you can Pan fry the Toast with Butter and Spics also ~ like grille cheese
IF you are NOT tasting the spices ON a different basic item like the egg or Pasta you are Missing the depth and range of some spice and over or under kill prior to Deep Frying.
It's also 1 reason we cook Chicken wings first. The very first Batch is always chicken wings they are a easy thing to fix if its screwed up just add any Flavoring over the wings or liquid bath it to get what flavor you want.
I challenge EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE on this forum to try it and they make your comparison to the fried chicken.
Just for EVERYONES knowledge we cooked BOTH silver and Flg of Flg and Silver need to be equal on who's name was first LOL
Prior to adding the spices we tried BOTH GOOD spice mixes on Egg, Pasta, and Toast.
Prior to the cooking chicken WE all knew the One that was going to have more flavor. PPM and depth of certain Spices and it was detected on the Pasta quick. Both were Good chicken I will be giving the result out later as I want to properly write the results which I a=made hand written note on.
We also mixed Both of the remain spice that we mixed of Both recipes together and used it on wings got a different flavor again We did not test it on egg or past for 1 reason just wanted to burn up the last of the mixed spices and clean up and wanted a quick snack for some people. and used up the spices. There were NO complaints about the wings.
