NOT unless your a Franchise Organization.
There have been some people on other forums who Have Bags of the NEW AGE KFC SPICE.
There have been the Odd auction's sites which have sold Bags of KFC spice in the past.
There have been some lucky recipient of theses Bags from around the World also.
For Years on Ken's site if I recall Willy had open and unopen Bags of Spice.
So can you obtain it YES from ones who may have some from Auctions or Franchise Owner who may or may not had a discrepancy in there inventory, anything is possible.
Getting it From KFC without Franchise signed Don't think they will sell it to anyone or it would defeat the Franchise Agreement.

Is the reason for not selling it that a customer could sample and hack their secret ingredients?

In the Early Days they had a Concept to sell a BOX of Flour seasoning from Stores and it was NOT followed up on.  |
