Over the Weekend
There was a Famers Market and they were Making Carmel Popcorn, in a Kettle with a BIG Paddle to stir it.
when they added the Carmel I almost FELL over from the AROMA BURST and said WTH to the Vender. The smell was OUT OF THE WORLD with the Heat and it waffled through the Market.
The vender Said OH many companies use Carmel for Aroma Busts in cooking?
KFC uses Carmel in many items ? ? ?
Most Blacken Seasoning Uses Carmel in the spices

caramel powder (E150c) listed in this recipe with the E150c in other suppliers popcorn chicken it was only listed as Carmel or spelled different ?

Its easy to Find in a Liquid, in a powder its more difficult to locate.
it is in many Instant Pie Mix easy to find there LOL.
Also in Coffee infuser Powders also.
we have used Many liquids including, Vanilla, Orange, Lemon, Rum, by adding it to flour and sifting the flour to absorb the Flavor. it works
currently local Spice wholesalers have NO powder form and they are almost out of many other spices MAJOR MAJOR spice interruption's with shipping
