Aroma or NOT
There are Many People who claim to have SAW Bigfoot or Sasquatch AKA Yeti. THE ones who have said they have seen the Bigfoot the Indians the Outdoors MEN say 1 ONE thing the Smell is Different then ANY other smell you have recognized. Even to the Point that you can occasionally get the smell and NOT see the BIGFOOT but once you had associated that smell with a sighting of the BIGFOOT you never forget it. NEVER they even say if they have come across the smell again and NOT seen the Bigfoot you hair on your neck stands up.
I will SAY this AGAIN and was told I was wrong BY Dustin & Ken and I was OFF base WRONG WRONG WRONG.
The Old Old KFC was originally cooked in Beef Tallow and it was the cheapest Oil on the Market back then BUT the Flavor and smell was unreal McDonald cooked the French Fries in the Beef Tallow until 1990's
UNDERSTAND THIS if you think that for 1 Million Years and Ten Million Dollars that KFC NEW AGE is NOT AND HAS NOT BEEN using a AROMA ENHANCER in the New AGE KFC then you are crazier then Ken aka Dustin on the other Forum.
IF you think you are GOING TO get the AROMA with a one spice wonder LMAO go bang your head on your pressure cooker. KFC is using a Aroma enhancer.
IT's A AROMA ENHANCER overseas they LIST it in the ingredient.
In the 1930's the SPICES AND HERBS were grown different Matured different also
Can we make a Great Flavor KFC without the Aroma HELL YES can you get a Aroma you need to used Seasoned Oil.
The Gravy at KFC has more flavor then the chicken.
Please understand I'm NOT NOT trying to lead you off the Path BUT do your research into what I'm saying
Watch Guga or Sam the cooking Guy when they cook in Beef Tallow and they even say the Smell is UNREAL.
Go to a Butcher shop who makes Sausage or a BBQ house and smell the Aroma for 1 BLOCK.
Go to a Bakery shop who makes Bread and the Aroma of Fresh Bread.
LOOK at KFC ingredients it lists Animal Protein Often AKA Beef Fat and Chicken Fat. its Dried and added to the NEW AGE its also Blended with Vegetable Oil as a Carrier.
this has been DONE since the 1930's and developed BY Strange used in Sausage making Seasoning.
Can you get the Aroma yes Used vary seasoned Oil.

We are Going to try a EXPERIMENT THAT will take Days to achieve.
we are going to take the Cracklin from our Pressure Cooker. Dehydrate the Crackling's which are heavy Oil Soaked.
Then Grind the Dried Cracking into Seasoned FLOUR WITH only SALT AND PEPPER and see what the result is.
it's either Going to Prove a Point of a disaster of Chicken.
ALL I know is we make Gravy with our crackling's and it's never been a disaster in 50 Years
