Has anyone ever had Fried Chicken from Publix? YT and other social media platforms are full of praise for it, claiming it would be the best chicken available. It looks delicious. But since I am not in the US, I was wondering if you tried it and could tell what it tastes like. It is supposed to be heavier on the celery seed side, which again sounds great.

Publix is a South Eastern USA Supermarket chain. Another one getting a lot of press as to being rapidly up and coming is "Krispy Krunchy Chicken". I first tried it about 5 years ago at a truck fueling stop near Youngstown, Ohio and it was simply amazing. But ever since then, in a few other goes at it, it has been flat out lousy, albeit that I have not gone back to the specific location in Youngstown where it was amazing. Similarly the Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken franchise in New Philadelphia, Ohio consistently makes spectacular deep fried chicken, but I've tried Lee's many multiples of times over my years at other Ohio locations (most of which no longer exist), and at these it has been generally dry and dull tasting.

Publix Fried Chicken isn't the Best. In South F.L.A., We had a Great Place called Penn Dutch. (Remember, Publix and Winn-Dixie were both started down here in F.L.A. also.)
They were a Staple down Here for Many Decades (and the Best Fried Chicken I ever Ate from any Store), until Multi-Violation Publix, and Walmart paid off the Health Inspector, and "Found" Listeria in the Wheel of a Cart, on a Broom next to the Dumpster, down the Sinks.. (Odd Places that the Co. would have trouble proving, or would be possible common-place, so it would too conveniently fit in as an excuse not Hard to disprove.)
Non of their Food Product was Infected.. then, Yellow Page Journalism fudged up the Story-Line even More.
The reason why this store was soooooooooooooo successful, was they cut out the Middle Men, and would cut the Meats in a Segmented Building on the Same Property, hence literally cutting out all the Transport and Middle-Men.. Which they then passed down the quality, and Price deduction , to You.
They realized that: Their Customers, were the Only reason why they Existed, and actually appreciated them.
