Always deep fry 2 recipes at the same time and eat them side by side. The winner then advances to be cooked side by side with another recipe at a later date. Wash, rinse, and repeat....

its like having a eye exam looking through the vision adjuster and they are changing the the glass focal setting which is better A or B 1 or 2
they do testing between continually and you find the best immediately.
I have always said test 2 pieces first as a trial before doing all the Bird you have
