I thought I had more combinations saved, darn. I'll have to keep looking through recipe on old hard drives. Sigh. However, here is one save: (between the quotes is the original)
"Jon, I just combine all the spices, salt, and msg together then mix them well before putting them into a jar. Then I measure out 3 1/2 Tbsp into each cup of flour Im using. This much may be too much for some people but I prefer the extra mix in mine.
Here is what I mix, all measurements are in tsp; White Pepper 4 Black Pepper 3 Sage 4 Coriander 1 1/2 Ginger 1 1/4 Ancho Chile Pepper 1 Vanilla Beans 3/4 Bay Leaves 3/4 Savory 3/4 Cloves 1/2 Cardamom 1/2 Salt 10 (or less according to your taste.) MSG 1
2.35g White Pepper 1.58g Black Pepper 0.65g Sage 0.63g Coriander 0.56g Ginger 0.43g Ancho Chili Pepper 0.35g Vanilla Bean 0.32g Bay Leaves 0.27g Savory 0.27g Cloves 0.23g Cardamom"

Even with the msg added, the bottom recipe appears a little lite.
