My driving Point is CHS knew what spices to change and make work Claudia SAID the COLONEL always knew what to do.

This come to one question many ask WHY DID CHS give a Bag of Spices to Bill S from Marion Kay and NOTE just give HIM the Recipe.

Here is the Answer CHS was under Sales obligation with Brown & Massey, which also transfers over to successors in the Large picture. CHS could not give the recipe to ANYONE, BUT if Anyone recreated the recipe he could be subjective and honest as to the how it stacked up to the Original BUT CHS could never endorse or say it was the Original or that would have been a violation of sales contract and Massey want a reason to FIRE the Colonels Drumsticks.

SO Marion Kay could produce anything as long as there was a Change even if it was 99% correct KFC could NOT do anything to CHS as CHS was the ONE who sued Famous Brand Chicken NOT NEW AGE KFC. CHS was holding the Cards in many ways, as the disagreement with Famous Chicken was also a Family issue. KFC new age was aware of what was going down and never cared as they were to benefit with the Court case, BUT CHS was way to smart he knew he could use the Marion Kay seasoning in Canada, Utah, Montana, Florida and UK. there was NOTHING they could do as thy were NOT part of the Franchise and CHS could be the one to prove the new age changed the recipe.
