KFC is using a Wet Liquid Batter similar to Fish Batter.
The wet Batter is used in The Processing Plants for Popcorn Chicken, Wings, and Pre-Frozen items
There is up to 3 different Processed they are using and it depends on which Processing Facility is doing the Processing and where the Item is Being shipped to Country Origin.
KFC has world wide contracts for the Processing of Flash Frozen items in almost every Country know.
with the Gift information I will be passing on the Wet Batter ingredients for the Batter.
I Do not know if anyone has experienced with a Wet Batter and Chicken Tenders ETC.
