1.26 grams of Basil are the ~Eugenol equivalent of 0.30 grams of Allspice (which seems rather appropriate for Allspice in 200 grams of Flour) 5.20 grams of Basil are the ~Eugenol equivalent of 0.25 grams of Clove (which seems rather appropriate for Clove in 200 grams of Flour)
1.26 + 5.20 = 6.46 grams Basil
Ledington's has 4 Tsp of Paprika in 2 Cups of Cake Flour (where 2 cups = ~260 grams) This equates to ~3.077 Tsp of Paprika in 200 grams of Cake Flour Paprika weighs ~2.1 grams per Tsp 3.077 Tsp x 2.1 grams/Tsp = 6.46 grams Paprika
Yet more reason to ponder switching them.

Last cook I would have been at 6.5g Pepper. This is slightly higher closer to 7g. But I don't think it's out of the question.
I also thought what if salt and paprika was swapped 2/3tsp paprika and 4 teaspoons of salt?

I have Shown many times White Pepper was above Black Pepper Prior to Ledington.
It was listed in Import Document to Overseas going back to the 2000 which is 16 years Pre Ledinton
1 tbsp Black Pepper Ground 8.4 grams 0.3 Ounces 1 tsp Black Pepper Ground 2.3 grams .08 Ounces
3 tbsp White Pepper Ground 21.3 grams .75 Ounces 3 tsp White Pepper Ground 7.1 grams .25 Ounces
Some People suggest use1 Tbsp or 8.4 Grams Black Pepper & ! Tablespoon of White Pepper 7.1 Grams of White
Mix the two peppers and start at a 8% weight to Flour Ratio

It's a curious recipe. A few things look like if scaled to teaspoons may be quite right. Others not so much.
Curious is the lack of sage. There are a few recipes around without it. And it's driven low in Glen's and a few other recipes I believe to be derivatives of that recipe. But in 99x it appears to be one if not the highest and their are a lot of recipes with it in the number 3 or 4 position by weight.

Is corn flour the same thing as cornstarch?
Is modified corn starch maltodextrin?

I've heard of Mustard Seed and Mustard Powder (which are not the same thing), but I've never heard of Mustard Flour. Is it the same thing as Mustard Powder?
