Tonight I will be mixing a 17 to 19 Ingredient Spice based on a Document I read in the Gifted Paperwork.
there will be
Salt
Pepper
MSG
Celery Dehydrated flakes and also ground Dehydrated flakes Celery
Garlic Same as above Garlic
Onion Same as above Onion
11 Spica and Herbs
There will be a few Spices as extra
I will stay to a 17 Ingredient list as the base amount

The blended mix I used had
Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Tomatoes, Red Bell Peppers and Parsley.

What did you think about the recipe ? Over all this recipe is my best. It was made largely for fun with a couple off the shelf premixed seasonings. I have a feeling it was more do to the ratios and the increase pepper than the actual other H&S but I will find out next cook. |

Adjusted a bit for the extra pepper:
8g MSG -
3.2g White Pepper
2.8g Black Pepper - Combined represents the highest I have gone
1.5g Farm Boy Seafood Seasoning
1.0g McCormick's Poultry Seasoning
0.5g Coriander
0.5g Ginger
0.25g Clove
0.20g Allspice
0.15g Anise Seed
McCormick's Poultry for 1g should be:
0.42g Thyme
0.35g Sage
0.12g Marjoram
0.06g Black Pepper
0.05g Nutmeg

75% Wheat Flour, 15% Corn Flour, 10% Barely Flour
Modified Corn Starch
Salt, Sugar, MSG
Pepper White Cracked +Fine, Black Pepper Butcher Grind, Medium Grind, Fine Powder, Red Pepper Fine,
Basil, Dill, Oregano, Parsley, Paprika, Mace, Mint, Mustard Flour, Sage, Thyme, Rosemary,
Celery, Garlic, Onion,
