McCormick Mexican Chicken

I just stumbled across this spice blend McCormick is selling in Switzerland. With more stringent declaration laws in Europe, they have to list every single item included. It really ticks a lot of boxes, all our usual suspects are in. If you count Paprika and Cayenne as one item, it even makes 11 herbs & spices plus vegetables, salt and the peppers. As this is marketed as "Mexican", it is heavier on the chili and cumin side. But there are some items worth taking into consideration (again). It's also very interesting that they list Chili Powder as one ingredient, even break it down to single ingredients, and then list the very same spices again as single items. This is utterly strange. You would only do this if you were referring to a particular and fixed recipe. Chili Powder as a blend isn't even a thing here, so highlighting it cannot be regarded as a reference of familiarity.
