I tried to get a photo of the real color without light reflection or shadow. Front bottom left piece is an accurate color on my screen.  |

Silver good call as I tweaked it after I posted it. 8g MSG - 3.5g White Pepper 2.5g Black Pepper - Combined represents the highest I have gone 1.5g Farm Boy Seafood Seasoning 1.0g McCormick's Poultry Seasoning 0.5g Coriander 0.5g Ginger 0.25g Clove 0.20g Allspice 0.15g Anise Seed McCormick's Poultry for 1g should be: 0.42g Thyme 0.35g Sage 0.12g Marjoram 0.06g Black Pepper 0.05g Nutmeg The bottom 2 ingredients can be ignored at that level Seafood Mix: Dehydrated Vegetables (onions, garlic, tomatoes, red bell pepper, parsley, spices, orange peel, canola oil. I had to guess how much of the Seafood mix to use. I went with 1.5g as garlic was the second highest amount. I did lay it out on a spreadsheet against packet weight etc. But still a guess TBH at the end of the day. Basically the an 8-6-4 plus salt recipe.

Hoping someone else gets to 6g Pepper to see if there is an agreement it should be pushed a bit more.
I'm starting to see how it may have been easy for him to grab the ingredients out of little local supermarkets

I just modified my latest iteration of the upcoming cook session #13 recipe to look like this.  Should I get brave and go for it at the full 10X, or cut it down to a single batch at 20 grams? |

What about a 40g version. Then split in half. Cook a 20g and then if you get brave. Take the other 20g and add 2g more pepper (6 to 8g). That would help set the pepper boundary.
It could be lucky#13 the way it reads!

I never would have imagined the H&S (other than Pepper) to sum total to only 2 grams within a recipe scaled to 200 grams of flour.

I'm still wondering if a bit of Orange Peel (Zest) is part of the key to unlocking the note.
