KFC NEW AGE CORPORATION makes difference reference's to the spices
They Call it:
Herbs and Spices
The Original 11 Individual Spices
The 11 Original Recipe of Herb's and Spice's
ETC ETC ETC x 11
CHS called it Spice's and Herb's he added to Salt and Pepper Originally.
SO WHAT DOES INDIVIDUAL SPICES MEAN
can it mean; Poultry Seasoning, Chili Seasoning, BBQ Seasoning, as a individual spice ?

Most common folk (even today) seem to consider any single container to represent a single spice. And being both uneducated and common, CHS likely went along with the flow and did likewise.
Perspective only seems to change when compliance with various of imposed legalities ultimately becomes involved.
Early on, back when CHS was riding around in his car and rather crudely demonstrating his 11 H&S Chicken to prospective restaurants, I doubt that legal concerns were first and foremost upon his (or the restaurant proprietors) mind.
