In 1930’s there were very few Mustard on the General Store shelves’ and it was More common in the Pharmacy’s as a medicinal Item these were the Major sellers of Mustard
Keen’s (worlds Largest supplier)
Coleman’s
Rawleigh’s
Watkin’s
Keen’s who was the World’s largest Mustard Plant from the 1800’s. They promoted the Mustard as a Meat Flavor must, and Vital for Bacteria reduction and Preservative use in Sausage making it was Mixed with Ginger in Most Sausage uses, and recipes in the 1930’s

My mustard powder isn't that orange. Plus it isn't that coarse.

Vial F looks nothing like mustard powder and everything like chicken bouillon. Brown mustard is gross. Yellow is the 1 in the recipe, nice and zingy/radishy.

I have ginger that looks exactly like what is in Vial F. It is not Jamaican ginger, because they weren't using it in he mid 1980s. i.imgur.com/CV5bXVx.jpgi.imgur.com/LB91fX4.jpgI have all of the whole mustard seeds. Black and brown mustard seed is much stronger than yellow mustard seed.
