The Famous Recipe Fried Chicken vs CHS Kentucky Fried Chicken
1) One of the Secrets to the recipe that Famous is Bar from using is two different heat outputs from the Burner during the actual cooking process of the Pressure cookers. Specifically, this means Famous Brand Cannot reduce the flame output while cooking the chicken.
2) Also, Bars Famous Recipe from using more then five individual spices in addition to Salt, Pepper, Monosodium Gluconate MSG
3) Famous Recipe is also barred from “cooking off Crackling” in the gravy and advertising “crackling Gravy”.
4) Famous Recipe or any other Business Competitor is Barred from using Tarragon or Tarragon-Flavored vinegar from the coleslaw or other recipes.
PLEASE READ NUMBER 4 as there has NEVER BEEN ANY ONE TALK ABOUT THIS: Famous Recipe or any other Business Competitor
That Bars BOTH MARION-KAY and Pat from Grace's from more then five individual spices in addition to Salt, Pepper, Monosodium Gluconate MSG
NOW any GOOD LAWYER knows that it does NOT say HERBS

That's because Herbs are merely a subset of Spices.
All Herbs are Spices, but not all Spices are Herbs.
Herbs are specifically 'leaves'.
Spices can be leaves, stalks, fruit, flowers, roots, bulbs, seeds, bark, needles, etc....
Edit: That said, if the Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken restaurant in New Philadelphia, Ohio (about 55 miles south of me as the crow flies) is indicative of the quality of their entire restaurant chain, then Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken tastes far and away leagues better than any modern day KFC Original Recipe Chicken.

I thought the review from Glen and Friends was the Famous Chicken was not that great ? But cannot recall the video where they tried it when they compared chicken in video 2 or 3 of the KFC videos ?

Yes, Glen said it was awful. But he was not eating at the Lee's Famous Recipe in New Philadelphia, Ohio.

But then Glen also said at first taste (while cringing) that Ken's recipe was awful, and an entire KFC forum has revolved around praising hundreds of extremely minor tweaks and derivations of it for multiple years running.
