Yeast and Milk & Egg Powder are listed as Natural Ingredient's
Yeast Needs to be 4% of Flour weight
Milk & Egg Powder as Per CHS words - The Milk adds in the Browning and the Egg helps the seasoned flour adhere to the surface of the chicken. CHS 1969 Words 1 Egg to 1/4 Cup of Milk Bath
These items have become IMPORTANT in cooking the CHICKEN especially of you are NOY using the Whole Real Milk & Egg Bath
The yeast also adds Aroma and helps the breading activate the Spice and Herb and stick also

Some people add baking powder to their flour. Is that a useful thing to do?
I like the nice flavor boost that a few grams of Dextrose brings along with it.

Baking Powder is a Leveling agent and has been used BUT then you ONLY use 2% Yeast

I have increased baking powder in flour to give oven chicken wings a crispy coating.

We have used Baker Yeast and Dry Yeast

They have used Baker yeast, and almost every know yeast which they have listed in there ingredients list world wide
