Extra Crispy: Marinated in: salt, corn maltodextrin (sulphites), monosodium glutamate, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, calcium silicate (MFG AID), vegetable oil (Canola &/or sunflower oil)(MFG AID), flavour.

Hot and Spicy: Marinated in: salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, potassium chloride, tetra potassium pyrophosphate,sugar, garlic powder, citric acid.

Original Recipe: No marinade mentioned at all.

The Original is in a pre-packaged mix at Processing PLANT.

the Extra Crispy and HOT & Spicy are different PROCESS

if you view any hot and spicy made in KFC its RED in the BAGS.

the extra crispy requires a more adhesive tacky base from Corn to make it a crisp coating and other items
