YES read it and yes I can confirm and I will cross reference it to proof from other information from KFC NEW AGE information.
Do some research on the KFC Grille Chicken, it was to contain the 11 Herbs and Spices, BUT KFC had released some of the items as Herbs and Spices used on the Grille Chicken which was a Original Spice Blend added to it.
I know many will say its NOT the Original Deep fried Chicken / KFC advertised it as using the 11 Herb and Spice original when you ate it there was the flavor and profile of the 11 Herbs and Spices.
Yes Both KFC deep fried and Grille Chicken were tested when the test was done at Lab to cross reference. The Deep Fried Chicken HAD EXTRACTS as listed ABOVE.
the Grille Chicken had more of Powder spices. It has been determined the EXTRACTS are need more in the cooking process then a Grille Chicken.
I was present on 2 test when they were done. Was present when these were found.
Herbs & Spices: Black Pepper, Pepper, Celery, Cinnamon, Chili Powder, Coriander, Marjoram, Paprika, Vegetable Powders: Garlic, Onion,
The Chili Powder was NOTED in the spicy chicken.
Paprika extract was NOTED and feel it is used more then the Spice due to color and oil deterations
KFC NEW AGE is using a AROMA enhancer in the spice and herb.

Interesting no sage was detected? Yet according to the masses. Sage is either the next highest after pepper. Or squeaks in near the end. There are a few older homebrew recipes without sage. But those are the outliers

It was not detected BUT wish we had 2 separate lots of spices to test there is always a potential that some spices were not in the sample tested we did not have the opportunity to shake the Bags of spice we were given spice poured from a KFC Bag and it was not shaken or stirred.
The items shown above have been found in other countries spice for KFC ingredient list
