I contacted McCormick's and asked them what the Scoville heat units value is for their Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes, and their reply was that it ranges between 3,000 and 5,000 Scoville Units.
I did this because a number of online websites claim it is the same as for Cayenne, ranging between 30,000 and 50,000 Scoville units. This information is clearly off by a factor of 10.

FYI: Dried Ancho Peppers have 1,000 to 2,000 Scoville heat units.

Unlike McCormick's Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes (which are mild), Tones is hot, at a rated 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville Heat Units.
The Tones flaked Chili Peppers product is therefore about 56% as hot on average as Red Cayenne Pepper.
