The Combination Vegetable Flakes were used in the 1930's CHS had spoke about adding Vegetable Flakes as a seasoning for spicing up other Vegetable's steamed.
the Vegetable Flakes were used in Some Bucher Shops in the 1930's
I have suggested using it in the higher Part of the spice amount you mix it should be below the sage and coriander amount. YOU can increase it to above the Sage amount. Do a Test on your flavor acquired taste.
It can give a salt taste some have said it depends on which Vegetable flakes you purchase ( Test it on Fried Eggs )

I have some mixed "Soup Vegetable Flakes" from an Amish bulk foods store. Would that be the one?

Give it a try
Most have many vegetables in it
many have carrot cabbage red peppers celery and other items
you can try putting it on eggs or pasta with butter and heat it look for the aroma
even heat some in butter or oil in a pan and see the aroma
it should be there we have use many different types to experiment and the unique aroma is there especially in chili and pasta sauce cooking
