Here is an example of the misinformation that has gone on for many years. I have discovered that before you cap your pot, you must fry the chicken in the hot oil to bring out the oil soluble flavors. Failure to do so causes the steam in the pressure pot to bring out the water soluble flavors, but not the oil soluble flavors. CHS is shown many times doing just this, including the Tennessee Ernie Ford Show. But, as you begin to read testimonials from other sources, we discover that CHS, and KFC, quit doing so, and capped the chicken right away. Ahh, misdirection. I'm telling you it ain't so. The oil has to bloom the oil soluble ingredients, or the total flavorings lose their balance. I discovered this by cooking until I was blue in the face, and not sticking my finger into a seasoning mix and tasting before passing judgment.

There is a video from 80s teaching new KFC workers how to pressure fry KFC chicken, there was a big pot, and above it a photo showing the right colour that the chicken must get before capping the pot.

I have figured out from these instructional films how important the skin is to the patented taste. They tug and pull the skin over the chicken, particularly the drumsticks, to make sure the skin covers as much meat as possible. The reaction between the skin, fat and seasoning is critical. Those, including myself, who have tried skinless chicken, are wasting their time.

Has anybody tried a burger with chicken+cheese? well, yes, it is new of course. Yesterday I visited to a famous Mall where I tried this type and I like it so much.
