When 'Graces Blend' is summed via counting all of the 4 Pepper types as one it has only 7 Herbs and Spices. Hmmm?

Will we ever know? CHS clearly said he had 10 herbs and spices and he added the 11th ingredient and never changed the recipe again. He correctly called it an "element" as it is neither herb nor spice. It's MSG. His daughter said he added the 11th item at the Lake too. Only MSG can boost and enhance a recipe from good to remarkably delicious that would baffle the Colonel after years of developing his recipe. People then started saying that CHS himself got it wrong and contradicted himself, because he was old etc. This is how far it goes. Some wouldn't believe the Man himself if he was still alive. He could stand in the middle of Time Square and reveal the recipe, people wouldn't believe him and correct him.
I don't think it is less and definitely not more than 11 ingredients and that Salt and MSG are included. This is not some wild theory. It's my personal conclusion from all the cooking I have done so far and from succeeding in capturing the note with only 9 items (+ Salt and MSG).
