KFC Canada This is from the KFC Canada Web Site it clearly define the 11 Herbs & Spices in 1940 which many are confused about when the Cumberland lake time period story of 2 Handfuls of element were added. that would have been a number 12 ITEM OUR STORY IS PART MAN, PART LEGEND, ALL COLONEL. It all began in a Kentucky gas station way back in 1930 when Harland Sanders first started cooking for hungry travelers. Six years later, he became a Colonel and, by 1940, he had perfected his now famous 11-herbs-and-spices recipe. I hope that helps show that Canada's KFC Website SAY CLEAR BY 1940, The 11 Herbs and Spices Famous recipe. Remember Calgary Alberta Canada had the SECOND KFC Franchise in History. CHS also Kept Canada Out of the Sale of the KFC to Brown and Massey.

I Guess my View is they Clearly State the 11 Spice and Herbs original recipe that defines everything needed. When you review the court cases filed By CHS and the Court filed by KFC NEW AGE it all says 11 Herbs and Spices.
CHS Coined the Phrase 11 SPICES and HERBS it was Brown and Massey that retrained CHS to say 11 Herbs and Spices
