While posting and discussing recipes within your own threads, please also post exclusively your very best 'note' delivering KFC_OR_Like recipe (to date) to this thread. Each time you beat your previous best, post again to this thread, while maintaining open discussion within your own thread... Here's my very best note delivering recipe to date: Note that due to the presence of sugars (Dextrose and Maltodextrin) this recipe must be deep fried at no higher than 320 degrees F. (160 degrees C.) if you want it to come out at a decent color. Exceed this limit at any point in your process (including 'drop') and it will get dark in a hurry.

I should add that the 'Chili Powder' brand I use is 'Tones'.

Its not my recipe its from Kens site. The prep is mine tho. At .031g of Thyme and Marjoram, you'd have to ask yourself why bother. They can't be adding to anything at that level. I should however try this against my latest. Thanks for sharing.
