KFC NEW AGE originally use DEXTROSE
Dextrose was found in Dream Whip Powder. which is what Kraft supplied for a Milk and Egg replacer originally. to KFC NEW AGE.
I think if you review 1970 - 1973 KFC items specifically Dextrose was on few labels. it may have even been on 75's

3 tsp Black Pepper, coarse ground
3 tsp White Pepper, fine ground
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Mustard
300g Flour
7 tsp Salt
3 tsp MSG
2 tsp Milk Powder

True, Finetuning the recipe now for me, it is like drawing a portrait, trying to bring the definite lineaments, I have a clear and specific idea what I am looking for, last couple of recipes led me to an accurate flavor and Aroma, I need to be very precise to enhance it further, if it is possible at all, there still are 4 points I have to achive, I think 3 of them are somehow accessible, but the 4th one may prove to be the hardest.

I see how you Mixed the Spice and Looks Great
You Need to SIFT the spices and flour 3 Times to get it Mixed Properly into the flour
the spice just pored into the Flour will not mix properly without sifting.
This is a Important step that I see many skip.
