The Bags 26Oz or 32Oz ALL contained EXTRACTS and YOU cannot achieve the same with Bottle Store Spices into your Flour Mix.
INCEAESE your Spice MIX and SEE what Happens ? The AROMA will Appear its MAGIC.
The Pepper Grinds and White Pepper Larger size is Key
The Peppercorn White and Black retain more Oil in the Peppercorn that when cracks slow releases in Heated Oil.

A simple way to test ANY spice for Aroma
in a Frying Pan Heat Up OIL any OIL
Put in your spice you want to test or any Sliced Vegetable and fry it waiting for the Aroma to release watch the time it takes to release in the Hot Oil and the Temperature of your Oil then think how the Powder will react with Flour and Spice in a Deep fryer.
Then understanding that some simple tricks with Corn starch or Potato Starch mixed with Spices coats the spices so they Do Not burn off to quick in the Deep Fryer.
Try Testing some Extract mixed into Flour and see the Flavor and Aroma of a EXTRA mixed into the Flour instead of Powdered Spice or Real item.
