Has anyone ever added a stick of butter to their deep frying oil? I really like a bit of butter taste in fried chicken.

we Freeze the Butter and Box Grate it for shavings
then we rub the butter into the flour so its mixed with the seasoned flour.
we have also drizzled melted butter into the flour
the taste does incorporate into the Coating with butter

we use Beef tallow
but it would have a butter flavor yes

Has anyone ever added a stick of butter to their deep frying oil? I really like a bit of butter taste in fried chicken. Yup, tried that also. For me it wasn't successful, nor a disaster. In my head it was one of the holy grails, in reality it didnt do very much at all, lol... Ooooff... what didnt I tried?! Haha... Its funny to see though that people in different places in the world have similar ideas... It means the solution is there for eveyone to see, in plain sight, right there in front of all of us and yet... for some reason, we can't see it...

many people have had better luck with Bacon Fat as it has a higher Heat tolerance.
The butter an be incorporated into the flour and sifted. It fairs better as its absorbed into the flour and flavors the flour.

I want people to LOOK for SPICES which have a HIGH OIL content in the spice and herb. Those spices usually can make the essential oils and the additives or extracts used
