For the Grace's recipe as detailed on the final KFC episode of Glen and Friends, Salt, White Pepper, Fine Black Pepper, Coarse Black Pepper, and Cracked Black Pepper each counted individually as 1 of the 11 H&S, summing to 5, and leaving room for only 6 additional H&S. Is that the way CHS counted his H&S?
