I had about 16 ounces of some rather dull tasting Dean's Eggnog remaining from Thanksgiving. I mixed in about 1/4 TSP of finely ground Allspice, and its flavor perked up nicely. I will likely do this with all Eggnog going forward. It was better than adding Nutmeg, which I had tried earlier.
