This Recipe was one CHS made for Spaghetti Sauce when he cooked at the Cafeteria and for many other occasions.
4 pounds ground Beef
2 large onion, diced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 teaspoon minced garlic
4 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
18 Teaspoons or 6 tablespoon chili powder
6 Teaspoons or 2 tablespoons cumin powder
18 ounce tomato paste
2 cup water
