Celery Stalks and Leaves do not taste like Celery Seeds. (Similar to Coriander Seeds tasting nothing like Cilantro/Coriander Leaves and Stalks/Stems)
Celery Salt can be made via infusing Salt with the juices from the Stalk and perhaps also the Leaves (and then drying it), or it can be made via combining only Salt and Seeds, or it can be made via combining Salt, Stalks, Leaves, and Seeds.
And even Stalks and Leaves may vary in flavor....
Just an observation (for now).
