Am I the only one who does not detect the 'note' in KFC's "Extra Crispy" chicken?

There have been others who Say the same thing.
The extra Crispy does have more Corn Starch and Starch's and less Instant Yeast in the formula.
I have said and professed the Baker Yeast does carry NOTE Aroma and help the recipe.
Even CHS said that the Key to ANY great bread was the Yeast Starter and it made the Bread Soft, Plus the Great smell you expect when Baking Bread
