It was Milk n Egg Powder originally.
The Milk n Egg Powder container have changed more lot's in many countries and much has to do with Religious aspects and Meat and Dairy.
Yes there was a Time that MSG was mixed with the Milk n Egg powder.
We have some old containers from the Milk and Egg Milk carton BUT they are boxed up as they are fragile items. and the sunlight does NOT preserve the color they turn pink

Yes there was a Time that MSG was mixed with the Milk n Egg powder. If that's the case, then it's a slam dunk that the total MSG exceeded the oft presumed 3 to 3.5 ounces in the Lug!

Something that one must understand is when CHS threw 2 handfuls of MSG in the Seasoned flour he was being on the Low side as he was NOT certain what it would do Deep Fried or would it offset the Crust.
There was NO ONE pressure frying at that time he was the ground breaker finding out what it would do. There was NO engineers working on it
