I had developed my own special seasonings. I was selling an awful lot of chicken and I was building a wide reputation for it.
I had started out with a couple of seasonings, including pepper and salt.
By trial and error, I finally arrived at what I felt was the perfect blend to supplement the fragrance of my chicken.
