Hot Wings Chicken wings
(winglets and drumettes). Marinated in: water, soya protein isolate, salt,
seasoning (monosodium glutamate, spices, salt, spice extractives, flavour, dehydrated
garlic), sodium phosphate. Battered and breaded in: wheat flour, water, modified corn
starch, monosodium glutamate, spices, salt, methylcellulose gum, baking powder, garlic
powder. Breading set in: canola oil. Cooked in: canola oil (dimethylpolysiloxane (antifoaming
agent), TBHQ).
Contains soy, wheat

Thanks for detailing that!!! Loads of various potential "Umami" related ingredients there.
Original Recipe seems tame on Umami by comparison, unless for KFC_OR a lot of the Umami's are perhaps grandfathered out of having to be openly listed, being perhaps hidden under the umbrella of H&S.

Is bakers yeast the same thing as bread yeast? Just in case I forgot to divulge what I found via doing some quick searching/researching in regarding the answer to this question, the answer is a definitive 'yes'. |
