Is bakers yeast the same thing as bread yeast?

I'm fairly sure that the dried egg white which gets added to the KFC_OR coating mix contains Bakers Yeast and Citric Acid.

Yes That's Printed on the Web Site
It does not directly say associated to the Dried Egg Whites.
The Yeast and the Citric Acid can be added to some of the commercial Egg Powders BUT not ALL contain it.
you will see in other spots KFC does not list the Egg Whites but list Citric Acid or yeast
Good observation with your post
The KFC NEW Age use both citric acid and Yeast
BUT it also depends on which Facility produces the Item
each plant can use different items

I can't read the box. Is there a sharper image of it perhaps?
