In circumstances NOW we are having people send spices from there country to ours as other countries have what we need the question then becomes COST.
like ordering 99x from the USA to Canada expensive and Graces Blend expensive cost shipping is it worth it ?

In many aspects of Cooking We have found that the Jamaican Ginger which we Obtained from Marshall Creek Spices Amazon was a Great Ginger which Did NOT over power or over take ANY recipe of Chicken, Even to the Point that when we make a Ginger Beef we use it and Fresh Ginger Micro Plane for more hit of ginger.
CHS said the KFC Recipe used a Imported Ginger not Local stuff NEW AGE had went to and used in the 1970's
Bill S. also said that KFC was using the inferior Product.

I ate some slivers of cooled Ginger that was first boiled in water to make Ginger Tea. Man was that stuff Spicy HOT! Wow!

Like all items they can vary in many different levels and each item needs to see how it reacts it the dish or drink
