Why would CHS experiment with so many seasoning blends? Won't he have feared if these blends discontinued?

CHS was a Master with Spices.
The old Spices were label on the Cans what the content was so it was easy to make the OLD combinations and CHS was a Master with the Spices and Knew how to blend the Spices.
CHS was The head of the Restaurant Associations for America also. He knew spices and herbs from when he learned how to cook from his Mom.
CHS would have been Diagnosis with ADD or Anal retention disorder with how fussy he was.
CHS developed Spices for his BBQ Franchise he sold to Brown & Massey. Plus worked with McCormick on the Outdoor BBQ Spice kit.
