I'm looking for comments as to your satisfaction at capturing the 'note' when using Sage without also using Savory.

The Sage / Mexican Oregano has a more citrus taste which some people say is in the taste
the sage has of a well rounded flavor. with the citrus licorice taste.
Savory gives more earthy tone flavor to the mix
I use both and also oregano also
