The printed court case decision's are more written in News Article's.
There are a Few people who have knowledge of the event's.
I have spoke to almost all the original parties that have been involved in the court case and asked them what really happen.
Some of the participants have deceased. Even some of the Lawyers are now deceased.
Over the decades contacted each and every person involved for ALL actions as the Plaintiffs or Defendants
I do have some links on the computer saved which were more articles.

I have some quick available links that can be posted later.
Many of the Documents are in Boxes of paper that have been sitting for decades. Unknown time frame for locating those document and finding other will take time on the computer or hard drive locations
I will start posting cases as finding them with Comments that were available or other items.

MK Bill Summers, told many people he changed the formula. Jim also told many people it was changed.
It was agreement that Bill Summers change the formula to stop Court Proceedings. He had Contract and agreement was NOT to change the 11 Herbs and Spices. CHS was the ONE who could say in a court of law it was changed.
Colonel Sanders was in Bill Summers corner and KFC corporation could NOT do anything while CHS had the ability to say he was only ensuring that the contract was being lived up to. If The New Age Corporation would have shut it down while CHS was alive. Colonel would have had them sue for damages in the 10 of millions.
Bill Summers had NO agreement to franchises or otherwise HE ONLY had CHS in his corner. NEW AGE CORPORATION could only regulate the Corporate Franchises. NOT CHS, His Daughter, Peter Harmon, Canada and England. Those were under the Control of Colonel Sanders. What he was doing with Bill Summers was his BUISNESS
The problem is franchise locations wanted the Original Recipe as they close ones to Florida, Montana, and Salt Lake City could not compete with the two different flavors NEW AGE mix was bad.
When CHS died Bill Summers was told DO NOT interfere with the NEW AGE CORPORATE stores but he continued to sell his spice to THE FRANCHISE location outside the ones CHS estate had and that led to NEW AGE KFC winning a court motion.
Bill Summers was told in NO uncertain terms change the formula of the 99x or KFC NEW AGE was going to trail for Millions of Dollars of Damages. because there was rights for CHS Estate to still use Marion Kay it was easier for KFC NEW AGE agree to NO trial if Bill Summers stopped selling to Franchise stores run by then Corporation. With the situation that Marion Kay still have ability to sell the Estate KFC still operating. it was agree change the spices or face Trial.
Bill Summer admitted in multiple interviews he could NOT afford to fight KFC new age in a Trial which could have cost him the Business if he lost for Millions of Dollars.
You can phone Kordell at Marion kay and ask him if the 99X was changed. You would have to ask a specific question if it changed after the Lawsuit or because of the Lawsuit.
The one thing that is important to understand also is Marion Kay was suppling CHS stores with Marion Kay Chicken Seasoning in Bags listed as Chicken Seasoning, and Franchise Stores with 99x there were 2 different Bags.
Everyone has a belief there was ONLY 99X.
There is more to what happen that KFC owners in Canada, Florida, Montana, Peter Harmon, UK understand and know about 99x
